Magma Spiked Agua Fresca
Tasks: Naming, Branding, Creative Direction, Graphic Design and Packaging
For this project, my job was to create a unique and eye-catching brand for a new line of “Spiked Agua Fresca” canned cocktails. I took a holistic approach to make sure the brand captured the essence and spice of the mexican drink-inspired flavor profiles. The brand indentity and visuals are inspired by vintage lucha libre advertising. From the fiery and powerful name, the striking logo, the corny yet inspired tagline and the colorful and bold graphics. The branding was about developing a “gimmick” and storyline for the drink, and create all the promotional material around this “legend”.
